WHY SHOULD I ENTER DIELINE AWARDS?
Each year, Dieline Awards receives entries from designers and agencies around the world, and a select few are recognized as the finest in packaging by the design community. By participating, you directly support Dieline’s efforts to highlight the immense value that lies in well-designed brand packaging. Every single entry gets reviewed carefully by an esteemed jury of industry experts, putting your work in front of the eyes of some of the most talented creatives in the industry.
Winners of Dieline Awards not only gain recognition as leading innovators in packaging, but they also receive impressive prizes and a custom-engraved trophy.

WHERE WILL THE DIELINE AWARDS 2024 BE ANNOUNCED?
Our winners will be announced at the Dieline Awards Ceremony at LUXE PACK New York on May 8th, 2024.
WHAT PROJECTS CAN BE ENTERED INTO DIELINE AWARDS?
Any consumer package design project created, produced, or launched in retail between Jan 1st, 2023 and Feb 28th, 2024. Dieline Awards will not accept works that are considered plagiarized. All works submitted must be photographs or digital renders of packages. We will not accept concept work, unpublished prototypes, speculative, or unpublished creations in any category, except for Student and Concept.
CAN I ENTER MY PROJECT INTO MULTIPLE CATEGORIES?
Yes. You can submit the same project to multiple categories in Dieline Awards. By allowing cross submissions, entrants have the opportunity to see how their packaging performs in vastly different environments, and judged by different jury members with regards to the judging criteria. A luxury bottle of whiskey, for example, is eligible for submission and the chance to win in both the Luxury and the Spirits categories.
IS THERE A SEPERATE ENTRY FEE IF I ENTER THE SAME PROJECT INTO MULTIPLE CATEGORIES?
Yes. If you enter the same project into multiple categories, each entry into each category is a separate entry fee. WHO CAN ENTER THE DIELINE PACKAGE DESIGN AWARDS?
Dieline Awards is a worldwide competition with entries accepted internationally. Anyone can enter Dieline Awards.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUBMIT ALONG WITH MY PROJECT?
In order to successfully enter your project, you will need to gather the following items:
Your Full Name (First and Last).
The name of your company, agency, studio, school, or self.
A physical address. This can be your company, agency, studio, or home address.
Photos of your project. Please note that your first upload should be the one that best represents your project.
A short description of your project should include: who designed the project, and who the client is. Also, describe what type of product it is and the creative inspiration behind the packaging.
A website address (if available).
A phone number.
Also, read and understand the rules.
WHAT FORMAT IMAGES ARE ACCEPTED?
All images must be JPG or PNG format in RGB, with a maximum file size of 15MB.
HOW WILL THE WORK BE JUDGED?
The Dieline Awards are judged by a highly esteemed panel of industry experts and awarded based on the quality of Creativity, Marketability, Innovation, Execution, and On-Pack Branding. No judge may vote on his or her own work. Click here for the list of judges.

Winners will be notified in Spring 2023.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A FEE IF I WIN?
No, there are no additional fees that a winner is obligated to pay.
DO I RECIEVE A TROPHY?
Winners will have the opportunity to purchase a trophy for themselves, their client, and for anyone who is credited on the work.

WHAT IF I ENTER A PACKAGE DESIGN THAT WAS DESIGNED THROUGH THE COLLABORATION OF A DESIGN AGENCY AND A COMPANY?
Enter the brand or project name in the “Project Name” field. Include the design agency and company name in the “Company/Agency/School” field.
DO I NEED TO SEND PRODUCT SAMPLES TO ENTER?
No, however, if you are selected as a winner, you may be asked to submit samples for our exhibits.
